Because our catalog pieces are handmade in small batches, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom / made-to-order

Custom commissions (jewelry, millinery, crochet blankets, woodworking, engraving, 3D printing, apparel) are non-refundable once production has started, except for defects in workmanship. Deposits are applied to the final balance as stated in your quote.
